We begin by setting the foundation for transformation. You’ll be introduced to the science of mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to gain deep awareness of your inner critic, how it was formed, and how it influences your self-talk, emotions, and actions.
WEEK 2
Mapping Your Mind – Identifying Self-Sabotaging Patterns
A clear map of prevalent negative thoughts and their triggers.
Using CBT-based strategies, we’ll dive deep into negative thought mapping, identifying triggers and recurring thought loops. You’ll create a visual mind map of your most common self-limiting beliefs and explore how they manifest in daily life.
WEEK 3
The Power of Mindfulness – Breaking Reactivity & Cultivating Presence
Improved presence and reduction in reactive behaviors.
Learn and apply grounding techniques to create space between thoughts and reactions. With mindful breathing, body scans, and guided visualization, you will strengthen emotional regulation and cultivate inner peace.

Reframing Thoughts – Turning Self-Criticism into Self-Empowerment
Initial shifts from negative to neutral or positive thoughts.
This week is all about mental reprogramming. You’ll use CBT-based reframing techniques to catch, challenge, and transform negative thoughts into empowering beliefs.

Building Self-Compassion – Healing the Relationship with Yourself
Increased feelings of self-worth and self-compassion.
Through self-compassion exercises, self-kindness journaling, and gratitude practices, you’ll learn how to soften your inner dialogue and create a space of deep self-acceptance.

Empowering Self-Acceptance – Owning Your Story & Authenticity
